Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?
Within 24 hours it is possible to change your order. We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out for support through the helpdesk.
We can then make changes for the following details:
- Shipping information
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
Cancellation:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- We cannot cancel an order that is already in transit.
What happens if the product arrives damaged?
If the product is damaged, you should report the damage to us within 14 days of ordering. Within this period, we will bear the cost of the new product. In this case you should send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We ask you to report the damage within 24 hours after your order has been delivered. Otherwise we will not be able to consider the complaint.
